BASICS.fst “food
safety training in Canada” This one day course
is based on the Canadian Food Retail and Food Services Regulations
and Code. It provides all the information needed to knowledgeably
work in the food service industry and is directed towards the
frontline food handler in foodservice. A passing grade of 74%
is required to receive a 5 year nationally recognized certification
through TrainCan,
Inc. This program has been reviewed and accepted by Public
Health Units across Canada.
